When a loved one or someone you sorta like is going through a mental breakdown you just got to keep walking. It is one of the most difficult things to do because you will feel abused by the said individual as they throw out every word in the book know one should verbalize. Yet, understanding that said individual is unable to locate the root cause of their pain and is just venting as well as projecting makes this pain a bit more bearable. What is most important is that you don’t lose your own steps along the way and keep walking through your daily routine even if a pin or piece of glass is on the path. No matter what another says watching a loved one have a mental breakdown/crisis truly sucks and that is why you have to have your sneakers and just keep walking.
