Today we can learn about true courage from our founders. These brave men and woman put everything on the line as a rag tag army battling the greatest military force of their time but there is much more to this story. For, such individuals faced prosecution for crimes they didn’t commit as well as justice stacked against them, fears of being cancelled from the greater society and even being blocked from getting their word out. This all occurred at a time when there was no internet that would allow alternate voices to be heard even if they were suppressed by other sites. Today we live in fear of similar threats from those that appear to pull all the strings yet just as they knew deep in their soul that there were some inalienable rights that were given by G-D that no government or business conglomerate could take away we must hold onto this same truth. Times might appear tough but let us keep the blood of our founders in our veins and fight for justice and the true American way.
FOOTNOTE- MLK knew how to fight without having to lift up the sword.
