In many a case, the amount of pain one can endure decides how big one’s wallet is. This is not the pain in the back but the one in the derriere. The type of pain that individuals and problems can hurt so much that the average person just S-T-O-P-S in their tracks while the great leader somehow can move forward and even seizes the moment. They look past the “OW” and see a way not only to lesson it but a way to move forward so that it’s just a prick in their future goals. Pain becomes a gain as they are directed to not be afraid of but use it to their path up the mountain. The complaining customer actually has some good points we need to implement? We really need to be more proactive instead of reactive. Maybe we need to be educated on their point of view a bit more before a decision is actually made. These are pain enduring people. Pain, I wish it would just and they would go away but since they and it won’t shouldn’t we learn a way to best utilize it for success instead?
