It’s like going though life in zombie steps. Yes, you continue moving but it doesn’t feel as if your getting anywhere. Malaise isn’t depression but might be a step in that realm. Throughout one’s life this word walks into one’s mirror. It appears to be happening and at a greater rate today as inflation eats away at our savings and the Pandemic stays in our minds, even if as it might be leaving our world. Here’s a few steps to fight it.
(1) NEW- It’s time to skip those everyday steps and go off the broken trail even it’s one step in that direction.
(2) CHALLENGE- Maybe take that risk you used to do in the past but forgot what it feels like today. This can be mentally, physically or a combination thereof.
(3) HOLD ONTO- Smell that rose one more time. Enjoy a bit more of simple pleasures and your whole day will feel more pleasurable.
(4) TURN DOWN- Yes, one should keep up with the news but once a day is enough. Let’s face it politics can be draining.
