I have the power to decide whether you live or die so don’t mess with me! For I can conveniently forget about your allergy to penicillin or cut a little more to the left then I should have.. Oops I slipped and the worst I’ll get is a reprimand while you’re heart will stop beating. Accidents can happen in my hands and it is only because what you said or didn’t before that “caused me to trip up”. Don’t get me wrong my “mistake” don’t have to stop a beating heart just make recovery a lot more difficult and painful then it really should be.  Oops you said it again and now you will pay!!!
