Tonight I touch on the 1st element of making a business a **Star** in today’s world, “Community’. Yes, a business must have a product or service that is desired but also a community that stands with it through the good, bad and bizarre moves ahead. The community must feel a special connections to this company for it’s shared values, ideals, fun or some other magnetic element that pulls the individual in with others and keeps them glued in. Telsa, Facebook, AirBnb are just some of the more well known companies that have formed this bond with their consumers but many smaller companies also breed this feeling as well. Community will become stronger as the other elements in my next blog post are inputted into the formula.
