The question does Tiger Woods punishment fit the crime even if it’s not in any human court? Even if he drove recklessly and was on substances that he shouldn’t have been on would that be a need for further prosecution? He was the only victim and the pain that he put himself through seems to fit any criminal charge. For not only won’t he be able to play golf in the near future but walking itself might be a challenge for the rest of his existence. Furthermore, I would offer the same mercy to anyone in a situation where they were the only one to pay. Of course, the court might impose mental health treatment just to insure that Tiger Woods has the foresight to understand basically what occurred and to make sure it never occurs again. In reality, our worst punishment doesn’t come from any human court but from the one who truly wheels the ultimate hammer.
