Lonely Leader

Many a leader may walk a path that only has room for them and G-D above to travel. They have thoughts and ideas that are too bold or even appear to egotistical for others to grasp. Joseph was such a leader hated so much for his visions that his brothers tossed him down a lone fearful path of slavery. That path continued to be full of loneliness as he was lead alone into jail for a crime he didn’t commit. Even his release to freedom was delayed because those who he believed might ultimately care forget about such thoughts. How many other great leaders have faced similar battles from those on Silicone Valley Street to the current leader who resides on Pennsylvania Avenue? Leadership is lonely because bold visions might blind many a person eye’s especially if they have been living in the shades for way too long.  The lonely leader’s brilliance might only become more popular as they actually leave the scene and others can explore the greatness they left behind.
