Biden Hand Recount

Joe Biden has asked all of the nine battleground states to have a hand recount of all the votes cast. “I don’t believe I can become an effective Commander in Chief when many American’s feel that the election was illegitimate. The recount will insure that all legal votes count and throw out all errors” said Joe Biden.  Joe Biden’s announcement was quickly denounced by his party but was fully accepted by the President as he has dropped all lawsuits  and the recount procedure begins with complete set of poll watchers from both sides.

Joe Biden has congratulated Donald Trump on his re-election as the recount has declared him the winner. Democratic party officials are challenging Joe Biden’s mental state to make such an announcement.
