Since my picture input is still outputted I’m going to take you on a relaxing journey. A journey that should take you away from these Corona-Virus, Riot times we live in. Yet for this to occur someone else will have to read the lines after step one because of where you’ll be.
(1) Focus on one small spot in the location that you are at. It could be a crack in the wall or the most minute detail of a picture.
(2) As you focus on that detail inhale for 2 seconds, hold for 2 seconds then exhale for seconds – repeat this step 2 times then increase the seconds by one and as you do increase the amount of times you perform this act. For example 4 seconds inhale, 4 seconds hold, 4 seconds exhale 4 times. Incdyrease the time until it becomes to to difficult then reverse the pattern back to 2.
(3) At the same time concentrate on each part of your body to make sure it’s loosened and relaxed slowly, carefully so you can feel it.
(4) Close your eyes at count to 18. Then open
