Does the removal of African American’s from prominent branding help end racism? Or in other words if we don’t see any of such individuals on our products are we better off as a nation? Personally I never noticed the color of one’s skin when buying such products just felt their was a certain excellent quality behind those happy looks. Maybe products can update the look of such individuals but why change their skin color? Isn’t it better that we see all different individuals on our products then only one’s of one color or the other? It sorta feels as if corporate big wigs are putting prominent African American corporate images in the back of the bus and that doesn’t taste right to me.
