One Prayer

Prayer

I often get asked on Facebook by basically a stranger to pray for someone who is sick or their loved one  but does it help? Does my or your one prayer help tilt the balance to a person’t recovery that we barely know, I believe it does.  I’ve read research that demonstrates that those who are prayed for do better then those who aren’t.  We may never know if our one prayer tilt’s the balance to full recovery but we can be assured that it helps in someway at least in the moment and even if you’re not a strong believer what can it hurt to try. For opening our hearts and souls to those that are suffering makes us more compassionate people and brings us closer to G-D who can truly make the difference.

Ted Cruz Brilliance

Ted Cruz

Ted Cruz has come up with another brilliant idea that everyone should love use drug kingpins  illicit monies  such as El Chappo’s to pay for the wall.  That’s right turn something wrong into something very right. Mexico will then pay for this wall but indirectly through one who has brought pain and suffering to thousands if not millions in the U.S and Mexico. The wall itself will help prevent individuals such as El Chappo from using our country as a dispenser for their poison.  It’s a brilliant piece of legislation that I believe every Senator should be put on a record as large as the wall  with their vote for or against our security.

THIS BLOG PIECE WILL FEATURE ABSOLUTELY NO PICTURES

For those who were looking for a fluffy puppy or laughing baby this is not the blog piece you should be reading for this is all about the writing. Writing about something that is truly dear to my heart and yours as well.  For although it is invisible to our naked eye without we couldn’t see or hear a thing.  So although you might love looking at the pictures maybe you should take a moment to think and breathe for what comes in is truly more important then any picture we will see or sound we will hear. Thank you air for being there for me and all my friends and family. We may not look your way but we definitely appreciate you in every breath we take.

Wall Street Genius?

President Obama Happy

Who’s the genius who said we should pay the former (emphasize former) President Barrack Obama $500,000 for a speech. I’m pretty sure he would have done it for $450,000 come to think of it I would have given you a speech for $4.50 plus a nice lunch.  It seems that Wall Street loves throwing around loads of money to hear people speak after their influence is waning or fallen off as a whole I give you the Clinton’s millions.  By the way how great a speech could it be that could inspire such a speaking fee especially from a President who said he was going to “reign in Wall Street”. I guess the big wigs in Wall Street loved their Gold reigns.  Don’t worry about our friend’s in Wall Street for in the end we the people will be paying for such a speech with new fees and hidden costs while President Obama is laughing at us all the bank to the bank.

Jesse Watters- Interpretation – Jokes

Jesse Watters

The P.C Police are now hunting jokes in search of their venom and now Jesse Watters is their 1st victim.  It sounded pretty crude to me when he said about Ivanka Trump “So I don’t really get what’s going on here, but I really liked how she was speaking into that microphone” yet when any remark is taken out of context it can come across as such. I wonder if the same fire would have occurred if it was from a commentator on MSNBC or CNN I surely doubt it.  I may not agree with the remarks that are made but I believe we can’t keep condemning people for speaking them.

President Trumps- Best Day Yet

President Trump 101 President Trump 102

Even the strongest critics of President Trump have to say today was a great day for his Presidency.  Here are just a few of his big wins (below) from today.

(1) Tax Cut Plan revealed- It’s short on specifics but the numbers look good to most American’s even Democrats.

(2) Senate visit to White House over North Korea concerns- It showcased his leadership talents and the need for us to work together to battle a common threat.

(3) Freedom Caucus agreeing to Health Care Revision 2- We might have a real chance to repeal and replace Obamacare with more options and which saves the tax payers $$.

I hope you like winning as much as I do even if you were rooting for a different team.

Today- Demanding

Demanding 2 Demanding 1

Today is the day I’m going to expect results or close that door on “them”.  I’ve had my buttons pushed and now I hope to push a button back or two.  I’m not going to be a jerk about it but expect the same results that others would expect of me and if they can’t deliver then it’s time to seek a different carrier. Leaders must lead even if some get hurt in between and today I will be more decisive at least on this point.

A Leader to Love or Lead?

President Trump 13

Do we want a leader that we would love to shoot the breeze with or one that makes sure that their is no odor in the air?  President Trump might not be one that you care to hang out (although I’d love my 5 minutes of fame) but he is one that gets the job done even if it’s on a bumpy road.  A road that has too many focusing on the past bumps then the smooth sailing that is up ahead.  These 100 days have been one’s of great accomplishment but because he’s in the wrong spin zone you might never know what has occurred. So choose between a leader who makes you “feel good” and one that actually accomplishes what is good.  President Trump may never get the accolades but you’ll feel his accomplishments in your pocketbook and the strength he brings back to your country.

When a show is GONE!!

Gotham Last Man on Earth 2

When has a show jumped your shark and you permanently switch to a different form of entertainment? The Last Man On Earth occurred shortly after it became a viewing habit when we the viewer(s) found out that there were many more people left.  The show lost it’s reason for being and it died in my viewing habits. Gotham has bitten my one to many times and now it’s only occasionally watched and only through DVR viewing. For here was a show that had great character development, acting and action that has gotten silly and over dramatic at the same time. I some what hold on by a thread like a lost lover looking for that one bond we had together many seasons ago.  Luckily my relationships are not as my viewing habits for with the variety of shows out there I can pull up a new fish everyday.

When Tattoos fade

faded tattoo Stapled 2

When Tattoo’s start to fade from popularity the next taboo to take over might be the staple gun. People will have staples in different patterns on their body as well as in a variety of colors. For those who are more daring they will actually hang items through these staples. What looks sick now might just be the fashion of tomorrow and that’s why I’m proud to stay as unfashionable as possible … well at least my clothes match.
